DM – RPM 200 is a refractory and concrete spraying machine for light coating applications with reduced operating costs. RPM 200 can easily handle all popular types of concretes containing different sizes and shapes of aggregates, gravels, crushed gravels, and pebbles up to 16mm in diameter with its unique rotor structure. The machine has 2 cubic meters spraying capacity per hour. Improved rotor geometry, high quality steel and rubber plates reduce operating costs due to low electricity and air consumption. Its specific oiling system lengthens the life of rubber and steel plates by reducing mechanical wears. Due to the ease of spare part replacement, it doesn’t require any qualified personnel or doesn’t need any calibration or adjustment to be done afterwards. The machine has remote control system and waterproof electrical panel to prevent current leakage and provide safety to the operator. Phase sequence protection, high and low voltage protection, high current flow protection and thermal protection are some of the many other safety features. It can be used in low ceilinged and narrow spaces because of its compact design.
